These terms apply only to the public Website.
They do not govern access to or use of the Grasp platform, AI Assistant, APIs, integrations, connectors or other products or services. Those products and services are governed by the applicable Order Form, General Terms and Conditions, Data Processing Agreement and any other agreement between Grasp and the relevant customer.
If there is any conflict between these terms and a separate agreement with Grasp, the separate agreement will prevail.
You may use the Website for lawful informational and business purposes.
